В ресторанную корпорацию Yum! Brands требуется Lead of Supply Planning Division (SCM department).
Main Responsibilities:
Lead S&OP\Supply Review meetings\processes, incorporate all cross-functional inputs and key customer plans to align on latest supply plan with all relevant functions
Ensure the Supply Planning process meets business objectives and has total organizational visibility
Ensure adherence to Supply Planning horizon and monitor supply plans accuracy
Lead Project of implementation SCM system’s soft
Development and implementation Supply Planning process with suppliers and Stock Management Policy
Daily sales performance monitoring, risk analyses for specific SKU affected by significant deviation of actual sales vs demand plan, ensuring that corrective action is taken promptly with cross-functional alignment
Improvement projects to increase stock turn as well as shelf availability
Collaborate with Distributors for proper stock allocation
Lead SKU simplification and monthly SKU clearance processes
Fulfillment of agreed action points to get rid off surplus stock and to avoid stock outs.
Define replenishment methods and parameters together with Procurement team\Distributor\ suppliers
Collaborate with Marketing team on regular promo actions and NPD processes. Ensure communication with Distributors, Procurement team and suppliers for effective launch promo actions.
Regular (weekly/monthly) KPI reporting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions development
Seek for best practices – both internal and external - to determine opportunities for improvement
Requirements to the candidate:
Education: Higher education (technical\ economic background is preferred).
Experience: Successful track record and at least 5 years in Planning (demand/ supply)\Stock management positions; successful experience of automation the business processes
Skills: Excellent analytical & negotiation skills; excellent Excel & Power Point knowledge; experience of working with ERP system (advanced level); ability to work with large databases and multiple sources of information; good presentation skills; strong interpersonal and people management skills.
English language: English Int
