Ostrovok.ru is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets and other services for both individual travelers and corporate clients and travel agencies. Company`s brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Командировки. Develops projects both in Russia and abroad.
Right now company is looking for a Brand Design Lead who makes a difference. Company is on the lookout for an exceptional design leader to push forward design initiatives, develop freshly baked brand books and elevate overall brand design quality.
You will help global Director of Brand Marketing in raising the standards of creativity through brand and content design efforts across international brands portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Inject fresh perspectives into brand identities and ensure consistency across all communication challenges
- Develop and support our existing brand design systems (brandbooks)
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with marketing objectives, providing a seamless brand experience
- Design and/or manage the creation of brilliant visuals for both print and digital platforms
- Collaborate with the Lead of Product Design for relevant touchpoints and initiatives
- Be at the frontier of design trends, innovating and evolving design approach

- You are very experienced with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Brand guidelines (motion design and 3D, experience with video content making and editing, photography is a plus)

- You consider the brief to be just a starting point, and know revolutionary beautiful work is your true goal
- You are an expert in design systems, layout principles, key visuals, typography
- Fluent English (presentation, documentation record keeping)
