В международную компанию-производитель медоборудования GE Healthcare требуется Lead Modality Sales Specialist (MI).

 

Job Description Summary:
As MI Lead Modality Sales Specialist, you’ll perform interactions with the customers in designated territory, business development managers, strengthen product promotion channels and participates in regional and national conferences. Lead Modality Sales Specialist applies and develops marketing tools and strategies for market analysis and product promotion.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment of the sales plan for the selected type of equipment in a given area in accordance with the target level of profitability
  • Provision of specifications and commercial offers for products according to customers' requests in accordance with their needs and / or technical requirements
  • Maintenance of tenders / auctions, including filling in the required technical documentation, quotas and preparation of all the necessary information for contracts
  • Maintaining a high level of equipment knowledge, the ability to implement best practices at the department level, mentoring new employees
  • Regular product trainings for partners, area managers
  • Carrying out a systematic and detailed analysis of the market in the entrusted territory to adjust the marketing strategy and its subsequent implementation at the level of the entire region, understanding industry trends
  • Conducting a systematic competitive analysis, analysis of successful / missed transactions; providing customer feedback to analyze needs
  • Planning and support of marketing activities together with business development managers in the entrusted territory
  • Promotion of new equipment in a dedicated area in accordance with a specific marketing strategy and the development of new initiatives for the sale of products
  • Collecting and entering information into various data accounting systems

 

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Medical education or Bachelor's / Master's degree in technical specialization
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially PowerPoints and Excel)
  • Expressed leadership skills
  • Developed communication skills
  • Confident strategic planning skills
  • Advanced level of sales and presentation skills
  • English intermediate level
  • Ability to achieve results under tight deadlines

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
  • Nuclear Medicine projects or other heavy equipment (CT, MRI, linacs etc.) projects experience
  • Developed oral and written communication skills. Ability to conduct business correspondence, including official
  • Basic knowledge of radiochemistry, principles of PET and SPECT imaging is an advantage
