Investment company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.
The company is an American investment management firm that serves institutional clients including pension funds, endowments, foundations, foreign governments, and central banks.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and coordination for software product improvements towards business value in Evaluation area
- Analysis of Screening value based on Data Analytics and User feedback
- Further adoption of Screening tests in the Anywhere program
- Improve existing Screening tools, supporting test library
- Analysis of candidates funnel from apply to staffing and suggesting hiring products improvements
- Analysis of needs/opportunities within the company where screening can improve the situation
- Creation and update of documentation
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Business Area - any FS is acceptable, but Capital Markets/Trading is preferable (Front/Middle Office experience is ideal)
- 5+ years in Trading/Capital Markets area
- Experience working with multi-asset trading OMS and EMS platforms
- Experience in developing BRD, vision & scope, user stories, FRD, user guides & presentations for users, technical manuals
- Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology for SDLC
- Experience in working with Jira and Confluence tools
- Ability to discuss processes with client
- Ability to dispute with customer on the quality level
