Bank is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.
Company is one of the largest private commercial banks in Russia. It offers corporate and retail lending, deposits, payment and account, trade and structured finance, foreign exchange operations, leasing and factoring, cash handling, custody, credit cards, and investment banking services. The company serves customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, describe, review, analyze, and trace requirements
- Interpete true business needs, understand end-to-end processes
- Translate, simplify and communicate requirements
- Prepare user stories and use cases
- Create and maintain requirements specification documents
- Support the team during all stages of development process
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in IS design, system architecture creation, experience with high-load systems
- Knowledge of notations, modeling or description of processes
- Ability to collect requirements from the customer
- Experience with Web and/or Rest services
- Experience in writing TOR, FT and other technical documentation
- Experience with databases
- Knowledge of SQL
- B2+ level of English
Nice to have:
- Experience in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in banking and finance
- Knowledge of what DevOps, Continuous integration and Continuous delivery are
- Any programming experience
- Understanding of different architectural principles
