American e-commerce company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.
American e-commerce company that sells furniture and home-goods. Their digital platform offers 14 million items from more than 11,000 global suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct interviews and workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Gather and formalize functional requirements
- Analyze and profile data sources, identify and address data-related issues
- Support dev team in use case design and implementation
Requirements:
- 7+ years as BA (you are strong L4)
- You will need to contribute and establish Backlog/Requirements management processes with your stakeholders
- You're capable of being single BA for full SCRUM team, plus helping out neighboring team with L3 BA
- You're not only BA but also a Product Owner by skillset
- You will be key resource in multi-week discovery together with Product Manager, Tech lead and SA to create long term strategy of enabling "Journey of Appliance"
- Your daily tasks will include: backlog creation and prioritization, user stories writing, working with Dev & QA, doing acceptance, etc, i.e. owning full product requirements lifecycle
- Your extra tasks would be: working with Client & EPAM Product managers, helping to create & adjust product/development roadmap, helping to formulate release scope
