Including, but not limited to: providing payment solutions for legal entities and private individuals on a key-turn basis, consulting on legal entity formation and successful company operations at various jurisdictions. Now they search for an international law lawyer.
Job responsibilities:
- legal entity formation, obtaining licenses, legal support for opening representative offices around the world (on company or customer needs)
- consulting clients for jurisdictions, legislation details, taxation, etc. according to their business
opening bank accounts around the world - сomplete package of documents preparing, applying to registration offices
- considering, negotiating and meeting agreements on terms and conditions of cooperation with international law firms сопровождение сделок
- agent/affiliate agreements negotiating and signing with payment solution providers (EMI, PSP, API, BANKs, etc.)
- agent agreements negotiating and signing with customers search, analysis, consolidation and making proposals for company owners, on various legal details of the financial technology industry functioning (legal form of the company, jurisdiction, costs of formation, time frames, authorized capital amount, requirements to UBOs, substance, etc.)
- search, analysis and informing the company’s management about legislation changes on the mentioned above points
- other legal work
Requirements for the right candidate:
- working experience at legal department not less than 2 years
- English language written and spoken at the high level, fitted for job responsibilities
- ability for independent/autonomous productive work
- attention to details, responsibility
- excellent communication and business negotiation skills
- understanding legal department importance and mistakes risks costs
- readiness for business trips abroad
