SPS Legal - international consulting company, which concentrates on registration process in whitelisted jurisdictions and offshore, and as well assists in opening accounts abroad.
Job Description:
- As a key player in Legal team you will advise the company as experienced Legal Counsel in Corporate by taking on and leading complex Corporate Matters
- Company is in search of lawyers who will act as local agents in Dubai, UAE as local company formation and legal support agents. At the same time each lawyer is involved in consulting clients on financial and investment banking issues, preparing various contracts and documents
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required (at least C1) (all applications must be made in English in order to be considered). Additional language skills are strongly advantageous (Arabic, Georgean, Russian)
- Legal background with a top-tier law firm preferred (Magic Circle or similar large international law firm), but not required
- Thorough understanding or experience drafting and negotiating pre-M&A agreements is preferred
- Experience working with Asset Management, Investment Banking, or other Financial Services clientele is desired
- Knowledge of company formation process in UAE and experience with organisation of all documentation processes
