The lawyer is searched for a real estate company, possibly for a part-time.
You will do:
- Legal support for the activities of a real estate agency.
- Conducting contractual work, including contracts for the lease and sale of real estate, negotiating with counterparties, preparing draft contracts and their legal analysis to minimize legal risks and comply with the requirements of current legislation.
- Preparation of legal opinions in the field of civil, tax and other branches of law.
- Representing the interests of the enterprise in state bodies.
- Ensuring corporate activities.
- Legal support of real estate of the company.
- Legal support of personnel service.
They expect:
- Higher legal education.
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory, preferably Arabic.
- Experience in the real estate market or investment in the UAE.
- High level of digital literacy, productivity and autonomy.
