A multinational leading non-food retail company with comfort corporate culture and a lot of transformation projects is looking for a Labour relations manager.
Your new role:
- The company is looking for a strong leader who will set up employee relations in company and solving human resource issues on behalf of their company.
- You will be responsible for handling employee situations with a focus on conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Besides, you will be responsible for HR admin methodology, process automation and regular business consulting on labour law topics.
- You will manage 1 direct subordinate and lead HR admin team in matrix structure.
What you'll need to succeed:
- To be considered for this role it is important to have 6+ year experience in HR Admin management (as a leader) and excellent knowledge of Russian Labour code and HR administration procedures, hands-on experience and desire to handle ER/LR routine.
- English language is no less than Intermediate level is a must.
