IKEA is seeking a Labour Law Compliance Leader.
In the role as Labour Law Compliance Leader, you are responsible to ensure that all company policies and initiatives are fully compliant with employment legislation and that personnel administration processes delivers to the needs of the business, continuously seeking and coordinating the process efficiency and effectiveness.
For this role you have:
• Relevant education in employment law or personnel administration
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in labour law issues.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or stakeholder management experience in HR
• Spoken and written English sufficient to use as working language
• Proven record of accomplishes goals, completes tasks, and achieves results
• Proven record of effective process development and implementation
• Proven ability to ensure integrity of HR systems, guidelines, and documents
• Preferred: Cross-functional understanding of INGKA/IKEA Matrix and operations
You will:
• Develop and implement the personnel administration process for Ingka companies in Russia, based on the legal requirements and securing the process effectiveness and efficiency
• Strongly contribute to localisation and development of all country people policies and tools, securing compliance with employment legislation.
• Lead the development and updates of all Ingka company’s documents and templates, related to employment law requirements and personnel administration process, including legally required local regulations, employment document templates, company orders, standards for employment documents handling and archiving, relevant process descriptions.
• Lead the development and implementation of military registration process.
• Provide Matrix support to unit Personnel Administrators.
• Be the Centre of Expertise in employment law standards for HR Service Centre, P&C units and management.
• Secure development of employment law competence in People & Culture country and unit teams, including updates on changes in labour law legislation.
• Support unit P&C managers and specialists in interaction with authorities related to employment law
compliance such as labour inspections, preparation to court cases and similar; interact with relevant authorities on country level; support in resolution of complicated cases on country level.
• Contribute to negotiations with worker’s council/labour union as the country expert in employment law.
• Lead and implement internal and external employment law compliance audits in the units.
• Be the company representative in relevant external forums and associations.
