Google is actively seeking new specialists to power up the Creative team.

 

1. Creative Strategist.

The role:

As a Creative Works Creative Strategist, you’ll craft and present user insights for creative purposes using Google’s unique data and analytics tools. Your research and storytelling capabilities will be used to inspire clients, inform strategic decisions, and identify creative opportunities. More than data visualization, you’ll use data to tell stories.

Responsibilities:

Inspire and craft breakthrough creative strategies and ideas based on human insights, supported by qualitative and quantitative research and analytics.
Lead, facilitate, and participate in Creative Works creative services for Google’s clients in all industry sectors, bringing complex groups of stakeholders together to deliver on a brief. Work closely with Sales, Agency, Marketing, PR, and Product teams within Google, Agency, and Client teams externally.
Be a close and collaborative partner to cross-functional teams.
Bring expertise in communications, media and insights, and an understanding of all things digital and technology, including Google’s products and tools.
Work with data and analytics tools to generate insights for creativity.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in creative and/or media/tech agencies/companies, including experience dealing directly with senior/C-level client and agency partners.
Experience working in the agency and creative industries in Russia. Experience in working with international/global client organisations, and with brands as clients.
Experience with multi-channel communications, and operating in the media landscape/industry.
Track record of strategic and creative output that generates business, builds brands, and engages users.
Understanding of the overall creative/communications/business landscape and key industry verticals in Russia.

2. Creative Lead.

The role:

As a Creative Lead for Creative Works, you will help to deliver creative solutions for our clients and partners within Russia and beyond.

You will lead, facilitate and participate in creative workshops and projects for Google’s clients in all major industry sectors, bringing complex groups of stakeholders together to solve a specific brief. You will work closely with Sales, Agency, Marketing, PR and Product teams within Google, Agency and Client teams externally.

The Creative Lead will be a close and collaborative partner of all other Creative Works functions (e.g., Creative Strategy and Production), and will bring expertise in communications, media and insights, combined with an understanding of all things digital and technology, including Google’s products and tools.

Responsibilities:

Inspire, lead and work with senior stakeholders.
Lead, facilitate and participate in Creative Works services and creative workshops.
Generate exceptional creative solutions.
Consult and supervise creative processes and outcomes (from pre to post-production), including campaign results analysis.
Work quickly, flexibly and collaboratively with internal and external teams.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in the creative industry and experience in a leadership position (e.g., Creative Director).
Ability to speak and write in Russian and English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in producing conceptual digital creative work
Deep understanding of branding and strategic creative thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3. Creative Producer.

Job description:

As a Creative Producer at Creative Works, you’ll use Google platforms like YouTube, Mobile, and Display to deliver advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for everything, from concept to production. Making use of your outstanding communication, organizational and project-management skills, you work closely with vendors, clients, partners, and other internal teams.

Whether leading the design of a new prototype for a pitch or making use of new technology for a YouTube live stream, this role requires a passion for creative innovation. With so many pieces in motion, it’s essential that you have the ability to manage multiple complex projects with hard deadlines and material risks.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple complex digital projects with critical deadlines from inception through to delivery across all Google platforms.
Manage a complex ecosystem of partners, stakeholders, and senior sponsors both within Google and externally.
Lead, facilitate, and participate in creative workshops for Google’s key clients in all major industry sectors, bringing complex groups of multiple stakeholders together to deliver rapidly on a brief.
Use your experience in production to deliver high-quality projects, especially production requirements when launching projects using innovative new technology.
Manage the Russian ecosystem of partners: creative services and production houses.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in digital production for large organizations within the creative and/or media sector.
Experience in agreement negotiations with clients and vendors.
Experience facilitating client and agency design thinking sessions.
Knowledge of and passion for Google products and platforms.
Excellent communication skills to onboard legal teams, engage partner/content teams, drive agreement negotiations, and put together successful delivery teams.
