This role is responsible for the efficient production of video ads and their timing, and can be based anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of external studios and freelancers;
- Manage the post-sale production process for multiple influencer marketing campaigns and serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendor;
- Establish, manage, and clearly communicate timelines as well as a transparent project management process that emphasizes quality and efficiency;
- Ensure the successful delivery of all assigned projects, on time and within budget;
- Communicate production processes and best practices, anticipating potential issues during the production phase and proactively providing smart creative solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management or production experience, preferably working at a creative or advertising agency;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field;
- Experience managing a heavy workload;
- Strong communication skills.
