A branch of a large Russian Wood Materials Trade company opens its doors to new Head of Sales in Shanghai.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating a client list for the company (names, contact information, producing goods and etc.)
Making calls to potential clients and factories
Arranging meetings with the clients
Build positive relationships with clients and factories
Promote Finstroi’s programs, products and services to clients
Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner, and take messages as needed
Address clients questions or direct them to the appropriate person for assistance, and respond professionally to requests and inquiries from clients
Offering as much information to our potential and existing clients to make them feel comfortable and confident in our services and brand
Responsible for daily sales payments and systematic operations
Safe-keeping of fixed assets, and daily operational equipment such as PC’s and etc
Assist owner on daily operations which includes stock records, supply chain management, deliveries etc.
Maintain a professional image and behaviour of all times
Immediate report or escalate to management and unsafe conditions and emergency situations
Help finding and hiring sales managers for the department
REQUIREMENTS
High level knowledge in Chinese (HSK 6)!!!, both spoken and written
Must already reside in China
Ability to work independently and responsibly without immediate supervision
Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, phone etiquette and strong customer service focus and professionalism
Understands and follows spoken and written instructions
Must be a team player with a can-do attitude
Experience in B2B and B2C sales in domestic Chinese market
Experience in managing sales team and hiring sales personal
Ability to find new clients on their own
Experience in wood/furniture/floor market is a great plus
Quick result in a short time.
