What will be your tasks?
Manage and control Sales Departments
Increase the efficiency of the Sales Department, set goals and objectives for the department, monitor execution, adjustments;
Control SSP, AMO, Powerbi data and a client base
Monitor the quality of sales (speed of processing applications, increasing conversion rates)
Lead a marketer to create new conversion items;
Initiate activities to increase conversion;
Increase base conversion and LTV;
Improve department statistics;
Manage the departments of primary and secondary sales, off-line events, sales of upsell and cross-sell products;
Closely interact with the marketing department, lead generation department, analytics department;
Analyze successful actions, influence them and repeat these actions;
Analyze the activities of each department so that each employee is effective.
You will be our perfect candidate if:
You are experienced in turning chaos into order with instructions;
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
You have experience in marketing;
You know how to create a strong team, coordinate actions and achieve your goals;
You are attentive to details, easily and quickly find inconsistencies and eliminate them;
Reproduce information quickly and remember accurate information;
Ready to quickly deal with a large amount of workflow;
Communicate correctly and competently with employees and partners.
