KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistant in preparation of KOL strategy and it’s execution;
Contract negotiations and assistant;
Managing collaboration campaigns ( paid and barter) with different level and categories of KOL( Tik Tok/IG/YouTube);
Brand development through KOL’s channel;
Managing KOL on behalf of brand;
Building long-term relationships with influencers;
Participation in video and photo shooting of KOL’s;
Working together with MKT team to create promo-campaigns for different products;
Report and status preparation;
Trend following, analyzing and searching for new opportunities for business growth;
Preparation KOL’s guideline for brand;
Collaborate with other departments to develop reputation and coordinate actions;
Monitor trends and activities of main competitors in influence MKT;
Agency management.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
Fluent English (Upper-intermediate or above);
Bachelor degree or equivalent;
Related work experience 3+ years with influence marketing Existing KOL contacts will be a plus to candidate;
Strong communicative skills;
Strong analytical and creative thinking;
Good at team work and information sharing;
Project management experience.
