Nike is seeking a Key Account Representative (E-commerce).

 

As an account representative for Lamoda, you always start with the consumer in mind. You are responsible for growing Nike business for key Pure Player in Russia in accordance with the aligned strategy.

 

Tasks:

Lead and develop assigned categories in accordance to Nike and Lamoda strategy;
Develop seasonal Futures OTB plan and AA/AO forecasts based on provided assortment guidelines, IMP knowledge, trends, carry over stock, sell-thru results, future openings etc;
Provide and set specific category goals measured and calculated with «top-down» and «bottom-up“ approach;
Conduct an in-season and season-end analysis based on sales and stock data to identify and cover lost sales opportunities for future and current seasons;
Ensure the best presentation of Nike stories and products on Lamoda;
Build a premium consumer experience in close collaboration with MPU and account project team;
Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of Lamoda by managing the end-to-end business with the account.
Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships. Provide outstanding customer service by developing and maintaining positive relationships with key customer personnel across the customer’s business.

 

What you bring:

5+ years’ experience in sales;
2+ years of experience in digital commerce (ecommerce manager or buying in FMCG, fashion, mass market brands), sales responsibility for digital partners, wholesale and/or product merchandising;
Confident user experience of Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail, the Internet, and other tools;
Strong written and oral communication skills, both in English and Russian to communicate optimally at all levels within the organization and at a professional business level;
Strong commercial skills. Project management experience is a plus;
Knowledge of consumer preferences, competitor and market trends;
Knowledge and understanding of product, merchandising processes and the skills of working with the product matrix and assortment planning;
Ability to carry out business, sales and forecasting planning. You think strategically, plan and implement long-term goals;
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
