Amazon is searching for Key Account Manager ISV.
Job summary:
As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Account Manager at AWS, you deliver digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects & developers. In this role, you are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the ISV accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS product and services portfolio to ISVs.
In this role, you will use your background in sales and technology to increase engagement at the CXO level, as well as with Software Developers, IT architects and partners. You deliver business outcomes while guiding them to become more agile, innovative, and efficient.
Key job responsibilities:
- Promote AWS services in a defined territory or industry vertical
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
- Facilitate customer adoption
- Maintain a robust projects pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach & promote adoption
- Contribute to positive customer experience
Basic qualifications:
- Significant sales and business development experience in the IT industry with commercial customer segment
- BA/BS degree required
- 7 + years of experience in direct field sales
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent in Russian and English
- The position is based in Munich, Germany
Preferred qualifications:
- 7 + years of experience working in sales and business development in the IT industry
- BA/BS degree required. MBA is a plus
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
