YallaHub (https://yallahub.ae/) is a b2b service that helps brands and companies enter the UAE market and build their business from the ground up. 

They are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the YallaHub team to provide our clients with the best turnkey go-to-market service in the UAE.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Interact with current company clients;
- Manage and oversee the implementation of purchased products, bring them to completion;
- Supervise timelines and task completion by implementation engineers and/or other departments;
- Work with customer product matrix, collect artifacts/documents for implementation and monitor correctness of their content;
- update information in client cards in the CRM system on a daily basis;
- provide reporting on the status of work to the client and supervisor;
- collect and provide reports on sales, balances and replacements to the client with individual frequency;
- record client needs and assist them in all phases of implementation;
- organize and conduct meetings with clients, compose meeting agendas, record requests;
- monitor client status after product implementation, collect feedback on what can be improved in processes;
- Participate in team activities to synchronize on client implementation process.

 

Requirements:

 

- Higher education;
- Analytical skills, ability to work with numbers in Google sheets and similar tools;
- Proactive approach to problems and tasks, organizational skills, diligence;
- Willingness to do some of the work "hands on" in situations with a "grey" area of responsibility;
- Experience as an account manager or project-manager of about one year;
- Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for their results;
- Communicative and negotiation skills, even in the most difficult situations;
- Initiative and responsibility, work in a mode of clear deadlines;

 

Will be a plus:

 

- Experience working with e-commerce products, startups and/or foreign markets;
- Experience in ODOO, Notion, Miro.

 

Conditions:

 

- Remote work by time zone Dubai, UAE; (negotiable)
- Work schedule: 5/2.
