NIKE is searching for a Key Account Director EMEA/Russia Nike Partner (SportMaster).
Who company is looking for:
- As the Key Account Director EMEA/Russia Nike Partner (SportMaster) you are tasked with elevating the partnership with account to deliver value to consumer resulting in qualitative growth and value for Nike and the Partner
- Your main goal is to apply the "One Nike Marketplace" principles to its business and develop Sportmaster as one of our PAN EMEA Strategic Performance Partners in EMEA
- The candidate is a leader with confirmed and validated marketplace, construct and functional expertise
- The candidate will be able to demonstrate account and relationship management with senior business owner. Building and driving complex relationship management
- Russian fluency is a must given the external partner management element
What you will work on:
You will build a roadmap in joint partnership for Sportmaster and Nike. You will help expand Sportmaster's impact. You will deliver results: net revenue growth and net contribution, membership engagement.
This will be achieved by:
- Contributing to the EMEA Key Sport Marketplace Unit strategy and vision. Applying this to your account and owning the development of long-term Account Strategy through close collaboration with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Leading the x-functional Integrated Account Team through sharing the vision and strategy, setting clear priorities, holding team accountable to meet commitments and achieve revenue targets along with strong brand positioning
- Crafting an omnichannel-seamless experience to drive mutual profitability (Sportmaster & Nike); as well as ensuring a clear and distinct positioning for Sportmaster both EMEA/RUSSIA. Constant monitoring of product access as well as the right balance between futures and responsive business model mix
Who you will work with:
In this position you have teams in multiple locations in EMEA varying across different level of management. Your direct team will consist of 3 partners executives in Russia & 1 director in Sweden. Your in-direct team is 10+ people in Russia, Sweden & Poland. You will also be the cross-functional leader for the functions in your region.
What you bring:
- Leadership presence & manager expertise: You have successfully led people (3+) directly and/or indirectly (7+) and bring growth mentality which is clearly evidenced in the way you can encourage and engage senior professionals within your team and across the wholesaler accounts. You have helped your team develop in their career and grow as professional. You are a true partner supporting your peers always
- Commercial: You have an extensive experience in account management. It should reflect expertise in building account/category strategy, trade terms deployment, store elevation together with o2o implementation, and good understanding of account operations
- Geographic / management complexity: You have worked across different markets with multiple collaborators and partners. You also have experience in working with complex and multi-layered challenges in a commercial context
- Influence skills: You have strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas efficiently across different level of seniority internally and externally.
