Company really wants to find a real business partner who will be involved in all issues related to the work of stores (Work in stores is planned to be about 70% of the time), not only report problems, but also offer solutions. Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for stores and head office employees regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by HR Department
- Executing full cycle of recruitment process for Kazakhstan & Uzbekistan
- Identify the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies
- Leads and follow orientation and on-boarding process
- Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.)
- Execute Labor Law issues, disciplinary actions and internal communication processes
- Ensure policies and procedures are tracked and applied
- Exit interview conducting, analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (preferable Retail field)
- Bachelor degree (preferable psychology)
- Fluent Kazakh and English is a Must (double reporting)
- Kazakh or Turkish is an advantage
- Experience in C&B \ T&D is expected
- Super communicative/ Result oriented/ delivered speech
- Perfect knowledge of Labor code
- No obstacle for business trips
