Private venture capital fund is searching for Junior Analyst.
Company overview:
New launched private venture capital fund focused on the seed/round A Russia and globally. Key industry specialization in the following areas: AI, Industry 4.0, Robotics, Mobility, HealthTech, FinTech, GreenTech.
Management team consists of top investment professionals with deep knowledge of the venture capital market.
Junior Analyst/Analyst will be responsible for:
- Gathering data for company and industry analysis
- Financial statements analysis, financial modeling, and valuation
- Preparation of presentations/memoranda for internal investment committees and external purposes
- Participation in the due diligence process
- Analysis of portfolio companies’ performance
Key requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance (Investment Banking, PE and VC funds, BIG4 (Corporate Finance), Strategy Consulting firms)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a leading university with in-depth study of mathematics/economics/physics (MSU, HSE, NES, MIPT, Bauman University)
- Critical thinking and strong mental abilities
- High motivation and ability to work extra hours
- High attention to detail
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines while working in multitask regime
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting concepts and financial modeling (CFA, ACCA, CAIA is a plus)
- Fluency in English
