В Philip Morris International требуется IT Solution Lead (Reduced Risk Product Manufacturing).
Responsibilities:
- Company is looking for IT Solution Lead (Reduced Risk Product Manufacturing) as a permanent role in Philip Morris Information Technology department reporting directly to the IT Solution Manager
- The role of the position is to drive the change, manage the team involved into project (localization of IT systems for manufacturing of Reduced Risk Product category) as well as provide effective support existing services as well as newly implemented. Establish close collaboration with internal customers
- Role covers end-2-end responsibility for the product delivery and includes 3 key areas: technical background + project management + service management
- Delivering target technological landscape and processes
- Driving changes in IT and business required for successful product delivery
- Selecting technological stack and defending the choice in front of the Architecture Board
- Personally leading the development of the product:
- Coordinating cross IT-Business activities
- Selecting (interviewing) and directly managing vendor IT execution resources responsible for analysis, development, support, etc.
- Establishing implementation processes
- Planning
- Contracting and Budgeting of IT resources, suppliers, etc.
- Risk management and conflicts resolving
- Establishing knowledge base for the product
- Working in collaboration with supportive and controlling functions: Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Legal and Compliance
- Working in collaboration with peers responsible for core products (Master Data, Data Warehouse, Integration Bus, etc.) to achieve fully integrated product landscape
- Keeping awareness on the external (to the product) changes inside the business and IT and adapting when necessary
Requirements:
Required:
- High education (technical / information technology / economic / mathematics / financial)
- IT Project Management experience 5 years+ (waterfall, scrum, agile)
- IT Product Management experience 3 years +
- ITIL principles
- Experience in driving changes, establishing new process for IT and / or business transformation
- Understanding main principles of IT system architecture planning, integration and databases
- Having wide view on the technological capabilities and their applicability towards driving organizational efficiency
- Ability to create easily understandable and logically straight documents / presentations, experience in solving business cases, business requirements and processes formalization
- Ability to express the thinking in a logical easily understandable way adapting to the target audience (IT and non-IT profiles)
