A Dubai-based international software development company (Kesmaty) is expanding its team and business scale.
Kesmaty is looking for an IT Sales Manager to promote outstaff software development services in the UAE market. You are faced with the task of building a sales structure from scratch and building your own department in the future!
Upcoming tasks will be:
- independent search for customers, building a customer base from scratch in the direction of outstaff (by any available means, from finding contacts for decision makers and making calls to visiting many exhibitions);
- holding meetings, business negotiations;
- fulfillment of planned indicators;
- developing business opportunities, understanding customer needs and identifying market trends;
- development of the office and sales direction in Dubai;
- gathering your own team of specialists (in the future).
They would like to see:
- successful experience in technical sales from 5 years;
- a clear understanding of all stages of the sales process (from lead generation to post-closure support) and the roles involved;
- the ability to work with minimal supervision, to be active;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- ability to negotiate with decision makers and work with objections;
- ability to work on multiple and/or complex sales projects simultaneously;
- advanced English level is required (for communication with foreign clients).
Will be an advantage:
- experience in technical sales with a focus on outstaff;
- understanding or experience of working with the IT market (UAE, RF, etc.);
- availability of a customer base / experience in building a base from scratch
