DeFi is a term describing financial applications that are built on blockchain.

Company expects candidates to have the following skills:
Successful experience in working for trading/brokerage/fintech business at a position of a project manager / product manager / product owner for more than 3 years
Knowledge of trading and financial instruments, derivatives
General understanding of modern technologies for backend and web development
Deep knowledge in best practices at the management of agile teams
Excellent skills in task tracking, setting up Agile boards and workflows, reporting (company uses Jira)
Successful experience in managing cross-functional IT teams
Good analytical skills and ability to work with big data in a multitasking mode
Exceptional communication skills
Writing English C1

Experience in trading stocks/derivatives/cryptocurrencies
General knowledge of blockchain technologies
Hands-on experience with DeFi applications on Ethereum and other platforms
Background in code development
Successful experience in building IT teams from scratch
Duties:
Management of the development team (backend and frontend)
Product roadmap development and control over its implementation
Management and grooming of backlog
Task planning
Control over a full cycle of development (setting a task, specification, development, testing, and deployment)
Setting priorities for marketing and business tasks
Specification development in collaboration with the business analyst
Clear communication of technical and business requirements to the technical team
Following Agile principles in development and project management
Facilitating timely tasks completion by the development team
Tracking of developers’ personal performance
Leading on standup meetings, retrospective meetings, and plannings with the team
Reporting and tracking progress on tasks
Compensation and benefits:
Working schedule: Hybrid (two days voluntarily remote)
Pay level: 2500-3000$
