Japan Tobacco International is searching for an IT Finance Project Manager (SAP CO-PC).
What you will do:
- Applications support and incident management:
- Support of the existing landscape – timely provision of fixes due to errors/failures in the systems, data analysis;
- Advice and explanations to business users of how the current systems work;
- Identification, documentation and correction of underlying and root-cause problems in the system;
- Analysis of the current landscape and identification of possible improvements;
- Review of the new technologies, analysis of possible ways for implementation.
- Change and Project management:
- Addition of new functions into current systems - identification of value-adding amendments, extensions and new developments to the existing systems;
- Assisting the Business in redesigning or adapting business processes to a change request;
- Preparation of functional and technical specifications;
- Communication with development teams, ensuring tasks are clearly understood and implemented;
- Testing of new developments and customers support with user testing;
- Preparation of user trainings and documentation;
- Business partnership - develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the applications;
- Participation in single- and cross-functional IT projects.
The company expects from you:
- University degree;
- Fluent English (written & spoken). You will work with international teams;
- At least 1-2 years working experience with SAP Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) module preferably in the areas of application support in a global and multicultural environment;
- Experience with SAP Finance and Cost controlling (FICO);
- Desire to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills;
- Analytical & Detail oriented, customer service focused and attitude;
- The ability to listen and understand questions / problems being communicated by end-users and stakeholders;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a group;
- Project management experience would be a plus.
