Otto Group (one of the leaders in the distance trading market) is looking for IT Director who will be responsible for IT department and report to the CEO.
Responsibility:
Group IT strategy development and implementation.
Managing of IT dept. as integral part for all entities of the Group.
Organization of effective IT dept. split across two locations (Moscow and Tver), active interaction
with German partners.
IT projects management: development, planning and implementation under request and with
cooperation of business units / departments of the Group.
Devising and establishing IT solutions and systems to support the implementation of Company
strategies.
Achievement of goals of IT Change management under the company strategies.
Identifying the risks, needs of upgrades and opportunities for improvement.
Guarantee of regular work of IT systems and networks / infrastructure of all entities of the Group
(in Moscow and Tver).
Providing applications development: 1C, SAP, Office 365, Sigma, Solvo, web, other.
Budget preparation, implementation, control.
Managing team of 60 employees.
Requirements:
Higher education, MBA is desired.
At least 5 years of successful operational experience in IT Director or Deputy IT Director role.
Experience in r-commerce business is appreciated.
Diverse knowledge of standard IT systems and infrastructure solutions. Track record of successful
IT harmonization / systems implementation projects (references required) in the area of
purchasing, marketing / sales and finance.
Experience in proprietary systems development.
Strong managerial skills with proven record and experience in change management: ability to
manage split teams (min 60 employees) across different locations.
Open-minded, pro-active, can do attitude, analytically and conceptually strong, empathetic,
diplomatic, has been exposed to diverse cultural background.
Good command of English language will be a “plus”.
