Therefore, we are looking for an IT Director, who will be responsible as part of the team for a global construction project in Russia.
Please pay attention that the сandidate will have frequent business trips (up to 70%) to Skopin (Ryazan region) and Europe first working year (depends on project schedule) and later will relocate to Skopin, Ryazan Oblast to oversee the implementation of the project there and help in operation of the facility.
IT Director will be responsible for the following functions:
- Plan strategically information infrastructure and enterprise information systems, design and installation control, maintenance and operation, including but not limited to: Intra-site communications networks; Structured cabling systems; Local area networks; Internet; Wireless communications networks; Television; Radio systems; Telephony; Multimedia systems; Data backup and recovery systems;
- Budget, select and purchase of servers, data centers, data backup and recovery systems, IT equipment, systems, software and consumables for all permanent and temporary Company offices, blood plasma fractionation facility, hotel complex and other Company facilities;
- Interact with the corporate IT department, ensure compliance of the Company's information infrastructure and information systems with the corporate standards and requirements of Octapharma. Control over compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulations and international requirements and restrictions within the scope of the work performed;
- Control over compliance with GxP requirements in the design and procurement of IT equipment, support the implementation of IT solutions in quality control laboratories and in production;
- Participate in the design and supervision of installation of low-current systems: access control and management systems, telephony, security systems, fire alarm systems, warning and evacuation systems, CCTV system, etc.;
- Interact with Internet and telephone service providers;
- Be responsible for the safety and functioning of digital equipment, the availability of consumables, the relevance of the software used;
- Be responsible for information security issues in the Company;
- Plan the structure of the IT Department. Hire, train, and develop personnel of IT Department;
- Plan, monitor and manage the activities of the IT Department;
- Manage the projects of implementation of information systems and modernization of information infrastructure;
- Develop process documentation of the IT Department - regulating, registering, etc.
What do company expect:
- Higher technical education, at least 3 (three) years of work experience in managerial; positions, and at least 7 (seven) years of experience in the field of information technology;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Strong knowledge of up-to-date software and the ability to use it to perform his or her job duties;
- Strong knowledge of modern hardware;
- Solid knowledge of information infrastructure architecture;

- Knowledge of procedures for selecting and purchasing equipment and software;
- Knowledge of methodology of implementing information systems;
- Knowledge of methodology of project management for implementing information systems and upgrading the infrastructure;
- Knowledge of Basics of economics, budgeting and management.
