А cozy family office in the heart of Limassol is looking for an IT Director.
The firm is responsible for the proper management of various luxury properties.
Responsibilities:
Develop goals and strategies to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively.
Direct and establish IT-related projects.
Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.
Supervise the networks and computer systems in the company to ensure optimal performance.
Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems, including ERP and TMS systems.
Provide leadership to IT specialists and other staff within the company.
Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and establish regular maintenance.
In cooperation with inhouse team, maintains and develops service/help desk for the users across the EU.
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in information technology and IT infrastructure management.
In-depth knowledge of user administration and management processes.
A highly-analytical mind-set with superb problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of modern databases and information system technologies.
Candidates having experience of work in/with large family offices/investment firms (brokers, funds and etc.) will have a priority.
Experience in ERP/financial software systems implementation will be considered an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to clearly substantiate financial benefits from the project (“project feasibility”) will be considered as an advantage.
Have no “9-to-5” mentality (we compensate possible overtimes (if any) with reasonable flexibility of work starting hours)
