Группа компаний BuildBuild LTD занимается созданием экосистемы IT продуктов в сфере Construction Technologies.
About the role:
As IT Business Development Manager/Sales manager, you take charge of the introduction of highly innovative software technology to the European market (focus on Germany, UK, France, Spain). You will work on new business activities together with your partners and Company Founders at a strategic level. Starting from defining a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning to initiating and managing multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies for specific markets
- Establishing and developing relationships with prospective clients
- Representing the company to potential clients
- Leading the commercial negotiations
What the ideal profile looks like:
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in new business development or new customer acquisition (preferably from a SaaS company)
- Professional experience in relevant position for European market
- Proven track-record for meeting and exceeding revenue targets and performance driven KPIs
- Demonstrated passion and agility leading within high-growth technology companies/startups
- Experience executing B2B distribution models desirable
- First class communication skills, able to present, negotiate and influence at C-level
- Fluent written and verbal English, German would be an advantage
- Experience with construction software would be a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of cross-functional teams (Incl. engineering, product and finance) to deliver high quality outcomes to timelines
- A proactive bias to action, and drive to achieve results
