Job Description:
Maintain all applications from recruitment channels, screen and interview applicants suitable for positions;
Prepare recruitment advertisements aligned with updated hotel information that reinforces the corporate identity and projects a professional image;
Maintain close relationship with academic institutions, hotel schools and establish new cooperation with other schools;
Assists in the recruitment process by handling enquiries, registration.
Qualifications and required skills:
Experience in Human Resources Department;
Optimistic and positive attitude;
Be quick learner;
Good communication and talent analysis skills;
Applying new approaches to recruitment and use modern technologies;
Be familiar with the local talent market, effectively analyze the talent market dynamics;Computer literacy;
Fluent English.
