Криптовалютная биржа в EMIREX приглашает к сотрудничеству Исполнительного директора.

 

Duties:
Simple and convenient crypto-currencies exchange and the use of profitable investment products by exchange users organization;
Providing profit for B2C department;
Organization of a convenient exchange service provided to various Blockchain projects;
Ensuring the profit of B2B department;
Planning, organizing and monitoring product launches and user engagement;
Setting, approving goals / objectives, as well as monitoring their implementation;
Statement, sales plan approval , as well as monitoring the implementation;
Strategies creation and approval to improve key indicators;
System constant monitoring organization;
Escalation of problems and suggestions for solutions;
Budgeting, financial control, reporting of income and expenses of departments;
Marketing strategy approval and task execution control;
Negotiating with key partners;
Approval and control over the partnership agreements implementation;
Department motivation system creation and control.

 

Requirements:
Director or head of department in a FinTech or Blockchain company work experience for more at least 2 years;
Personal negotiations experience at the level of top officials of the company, at least 3 years;
More than 1 year of experience in negotiating and working with blockchain projects;
Experience in bringing startups to the profitable level;
Blockchain technology understanding and the crypto currency market knowledge at the level of crypto exchanges and crypto services confident user;
Experience in building departments and managing teams of 5 people or more;
Experience in forming the terms of agreements and the signing contracts and agreements with legal entities process;
Experience in organizing the creation and development of products in FinTech or Blockchain companies for a wide user audience;
Experience in organizing effective work with other departments of the company to fulfill the company’s goals and sales plans;
Experience in drawing up and managing budgets.
