Amereus Group is looking for qualified Associate / Investment manager.
Requirements:
- Top-tier university with Economics/Finance/Math major
- At least 2-3 years of VC/PE/IB/Consulting background
- Deep knowledge of VC industry, tech trends, players, and business models
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and presentation skills
- Fluent English, good writing skills in both English and Russian
- CFA or equivalent professional certification would be advantageous
Primary responsibilities:
- Identify and source investment opportunities and themes by establishing referral networks and relationships, maintaining database and pipeline of investment targets, and conducting market research
- Support all aspects of investment process of leading key aspects of diligence on opportunities and deal processes, prepare investment memos and other discussion materials for investment committee
- Assisting portfolio business development through monitoring and support of portfolio companies
- Supporting investment portfolio performance oversight by contributing to portfolio reporting processes and presentations
