Russian Ventures Fund is looking for an Investment director.
Tasks:
- Organization and management of Russian Venture Fund includes: budget and cost control, development investment and updating of the financial model of the Fund
- Development of competence in the field of impact investment within the fund and preparation of external materials
- Organization and maintenance of reports on the Fund's portfolio companies, participation in the SD of companies
- Organization of preparation of various analytical materials, preparation of studies and articles
- Selection of projects, negotiations and transactions e.t.c.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience within VC/PE/IB/management consulting (Big4)
- Interested in venture investments
- Experienced in M&A deals
- Interested in impact/ESG
- English Fluent level
Conditions:
- Comfortable office in the center of Moscow (Sub. Park Kultury)
