В международный инвестиционный фонд требуется Investment Director.
Tasks:
- Origination of new investment opportunities
- Lead of transactions (buy- / sell-side): sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and deal structuring
- Corporate governance incl. advising on strategic business decisions, key management selection & motivation, co-investor relations/ key partners
- Working with portfolio companies on strategy development, capital raises, credit financings, and M&A
- Management work of junior team members
Requirements:
- University degree
- CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in PE, top IB, BIG3 (consulting), family offices
- Successful track record of participated/closed buy- /sell-side deals
- Fluent English
- Strong negotiating skills, proactive & result-driven approach
