Responsibilities:
Leading the team of analysts and associates in execution of m&a and ecm transactions;
Supporting senior team members in business development and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in investment banking / private equity;
Solid understanding of m&a / ecm (ipo, spo) aspects;
Solid deal captain experience and ability to develop junior team members;
Strong level of motivation and ability to work independently;
Fluent english;
Bachelor’s degree from a leading russian or international university;
CFA is a plus.
