They are looking for an Investment Attraction Specialist who will take full responsibility for attracting investment in the project.
What they expect from the candidate:
At least 7 years of experience in selling premium products with a check of $250'000 or more (e.g. real estate) or in the investment industry;
Experience selling complex products;
Experience in referrals with a minimum check of $250'000;
Proprietary contact book of prospective clients.
They are looking for people with proven experience. That said, they have found that we are best suited for people with successful experience in real estate agencies in Dubai, as well as private equity or real estate funds - where there are complex products and large checks.
