Genesis Digital Assets (GDA) is currently seeking Investment Analyst to support its Dubai-based investment team on various work streams within financing and investment activities
GDA highlights:

- The team has extensive experience in building, managing and scaling 19 industrial mining facilities in the USA, Kazakhstan, Sweden and Argentina
- The HQ is based in the UAE, whereas the company also has offices in the USA, Germany and Kazakhstan
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze and evaluate opportunities within the designated sector across the USA, Europe and other countries
- Build and develop complex financial models to help evaluate existing projects and new investment opportunities
- Prepare analytical presentations
- Assist with both financing and investment deal execution, including participation in the due diligence process
- Liaise with auditors, professional advisors and other third parties
- Support team members in management and oversight of GDA’s assets
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks from senior colleagues
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance (Big Four / large corporates), private equity or investment banking. Only candidates with relevant work experience will be considered
- Top academic performer with a degree in Economics / Mathematics / Physics from a reputable university
- Sound understanding of financial reporting, corporate finance and valuation
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (ability to build financial models / construct complex formulas / build charts / communicate and visualize ideas in a structured way is a must)
- High numeracy proficiency, attention to detail, ability to interpret data and make appropriate recommendations
- Deep commercial awareness and business judgment, intellectual curiosity
- High level of motivation, integrity, energy, and enthusiasm
- Readiness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Russian language is an advantage
