Эта роль будет охватывать все аспекты поиска и реализации новых инвестиций в частные и венчурные компании, а также предполагает лидерство в направлении прямых инвестиций — изучение рынка, оценку и проработку возможностей, построение пайплайна сделок, участие в согласовании условий на ранних этапах построения программы инвестирования. Позиция предполагает возможность релокации в Европу.
Specific Responsibilities:
Sourcing, deal origination, and evaluation of direct investments and co-investments;
Leading comprehensive due diligence processes and analysis of opportunities;
Leading the preparation and writing of investment memoranda and investment recommendations;
Leading the analysis of historical investment performance, portfolio company performance, financial statements, financial models, and industry trends;
Monitoring and optimizing existing portfolio investments;
Representing the team and the portfolio to current and prospective partners.
Qualifications:
Minimum ten years of private markets investing experience, focused on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring direct investments from early to late stages at a fund or in a similar wealth management setting. Candidates without hands-on private markets investing experience will not be considered;
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills are required;
Demonstrated ability to interact with companies, funds, and other partners at C-level;
Willingness to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment and lead a deal team.
