Job Description Summary:
The Zone Clinical Leader is responsible to provide clinical and technical leadership during sales process by demonstration full range of products / Services to prospects. She/He will be responsible to drive the introduction of the new product innovations and drive collaboration and evidence generation amongst our installed base of Interventional Portfolio.
Essential responsibilities:
- Engaged with new and named accounts to establish credibility and drives clinical strategy
- Provides thought leadership on product optimization and products market positioning
- Responsible for Clinical and Research sites management in coordination with the local organizations
- Responsible for the clinical evaluation of new software, options, systems before release
- Responsible for dissemination of information on Clinical trends, new procedures and new products or options
- Resolves the product vs. Application issues
- Works with the Product Manager and the local Organization to identify key reference sites for new product introductions
- Establishes regular and ongoing linkage to the Upstream Marketing team
- Ensures that all new products are clinically relevant and all clinical needs are translated into technical and performance specifications
- Inputs into Product Planning on Clinical trends
- Takes active part in the organization of hospital Advisory board in collaboration with the Product Managers
- Supports Sales with strong Clinical and technical expertise
- Builds strong relationship with Luminaries in order to develop programs
- Support local congress organization, drive clinical activities in congresses and customer events
Requirements / Qualifications:
- University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics or related or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- Strong medical and technical background
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
- Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills
- Solid problem solving skills
- Proven professional business acumen
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities
- Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Willingness to travel around 75% of the time
