An international company that produces non-standard and unique toys for children is looking for a high caliber sales professional for the position of an International Sales Director in order to build systematic distribution in global scope and to increase sales volume to new figures.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and trade marketing strategy in all possible markets
Analyze market with biggest potential for growth and develop plans to cover them
Build the distribution on all potential markets, like the USA, Asia, Europe, Canada via traditional (distributors, retail) and new (e-commerce) channels
Generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets
Develop and manage different modern sales channels (like Amazon, on-line stores, etc.)
Manage sales function and hire sales team
Develop and control the budget for the sales function
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies
KPI scheme development and implementation across all layers of sales structure.
Requirements:
Sales management experience in separate country/ region
International sales experience at mature markets will be a plus
Experience of working with different sales channels, including modern digital channels like Amazon
Entrepreneurial approach
Relevant managerial experience gained within FMCG/telecom business
Solid business acumen and expertise
Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
Fluent English – must have
Ability and willingness to travel.
