В компанию-производитель электроники (системы видеонаблюдения) требуется International Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the sales strategy in priority regions
- Ensuring the implementation of key indicators
- Development of a partner network (distributors and integrators), participation in negotiations, agreement of terms, control over the execution of contractual relations
- Together with the Department of STM, updating the pricing policy taking into account the peculiarities of individual regions
- Interaction and partnership building with key divisions of the company (logistics, finance, marketing, technical services, etc.). Participation in the analysis and adjustment of business processes to improve efficiency
- Operational management of the sales department, including work control, transaction management in the CRM system, control of financial obligations, etc.
- Team building, training and development of employees
- Budget planning and control
Qualifications:
- Successful experience in international sales (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East). Experience in the field of OTP/telecom will be an advantage
- Fundamental knowledge and skills in the field of sales
- Experience in conducting negotiations and presentations with foreign customers at the level of top officials
- Skills in long-term planning and development of sales concepts
- Fluency in English
