Beauty Sleep is looking for an International Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Established markets:
- Analysing key metrics of customer behaviour in our multilingual online store and proposing strategies to improve the conversion rate, basket size - by SKU/by country;
- Leading website improvements and A/B testing - by SKU/by country;
- Developing digital media strategies to optimise CPA, increase reach, improve CR - by SKU/by country;
- Leading creative development of ad copy/photo/video for digital and offline advertising, website, social media pages - by SKU/by country;
- Mastering e-mail marketing - performance analytics, customer segmentation, cadence creation strategies, development of ad copy/photo/video assets, HTML - by SKU/by country;
- Leading product innovation projects - improving current assortment, expanding the assortment - product, packaging, artwork development;
- Developing marketplaces as a profitable and incremental sales channel - defining assortment, pricing, and advertising strategies, creating and improving listings, controlling and arranging supply;
- Developing offline distribution strategies and supporting field sales force;
- Unit/country/total business P&L management - driving revenue and improving profitability;
- New markets:
- Leading development of local websites;
- Analysing local competitive landscape and consumer preferences;
- Defining assortment, pricing, online and offline distribution, media strategies;
- Developing artworks in local languages.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and critical thinking, can-do attitude, self-motivation, agility, challenging the status quo, ability and desire to learn fast, high level of discipline and time management;
- Min 5 years of relevant brand management, digital and performance marketing experience;
- Extended experience in ad copy/photo/video creation for digital ads and e-mail marketing;
- Good command of PhotoShop and desire to create/fine tune digital ads;
- Experience of living and/or working abroad;
- Completed higher education in top universities - high GPA;
- Proficient English and ideally another foreign language.
