Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources as a Business Partner or Generalist
- Advanced level of English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel highly preferable)
- Proven change management experience and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to develop strong working relations at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand/have worked across various cultures
- Highly flexible, agile and enthusiastic
Job Description:
- Acting as HR Manager to all countries which Koton exists; contact of Country Managers, HR Managers
- Understanding and aligning with business needs, teaming up with business functions perfectly
- Providing strategic consultancy as a generalist for all subjects related with HR
- Supporting internal communication for healthy information flow within the company
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, including an understanding of compensation and benefits activity
- Following up HR budgets, norm headcounts and HR KPI’s
- Taking an active role in processes of recruiting, onboarding, rewarding, educating, grade reviewing, succession planning of related subsidiaries
- Preparing regular Global HR Reports on a monthly basis and monitoring Global HR Metrics
- Preparing report requests from other departments
- Providing feasibility analysis for new international investment projects of the company
