Tasks of the candidate:
Contribute to the overall Krewel Meuselbach product innovation process
Systematic search for new product ideas for EAEU/C.I.S. markets
Execution of all Product Development milestones from kick off to first production
Support the Product Development at the Head office in Germany and Marketing team in Russia to provide Q&A answers regarding formula, ingredients, efficacy for projects
Creation and presentation of business cases and new product investment plans
Formulation development activities with Head Office in Germany
Conducting of market and country analyses as well as continuous screening of trends and developments, including analysis of (external) market research data and their preparation in meaningful presentations
Ensuring data quality
Participation in the development of adequate market entry proposals abroad with a focus on the EAEU/CIS countries
Visiting license and trade fairs
Profile:
Completed business studies or an adequate degree with an internationally oriented focus
2-3 years of experience in the field of consulting, alternatively: experience in (export) sales of the pharmaceutical industry
Experience or background in OTC products R&D is a plus
Fluent English, German desirable
Distinct analytical thinking skills, structured sales and customer-oriented working methods, result orientation, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team.
