Duties and Accountabilities
Planning, analysis and development of proposals for the Bank’s participation in state programs and projects.
Organization and coordination of activities within the framework of the Bank’s participation in state programs.
Participation in the development of projects in terms of supporting the activities of the International Fund for technological development, established on the IBEC`s basis.
Identification of priority areas for the Bank’s activities and development, preparation of strategic documents for the Bank’s development.
Participation in development of an effective corporate governance system, including updating the IBEС`s founding documents on the basis of the best international practices.
Participation in improving of key business processes, competencies and functions of the IBEC.
Interaction with shareholders (member states delegations to the IBEC Board) and participation in the preparation of Board meetings, analytical information, materials and presentations.
Regular interaction with the state bodies of the Russian Federation and the IBEC member states, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, National and International development banks.
· Higher education, additional education in the financial field would be a plus.
· At least 7 years of experience in International development banks, relevant state and financial organizations.
· Knowledge of state agencies’ work specifics and understanding of state programs for support to the industry and exports.
· Knowledge of the best practices of International development banks and experience in application of those practices: product lines, focused support programs, corporate governance practices and principles.
· Business processes’ development skills in financial organizations.
· Skills in preparation of analytical materials and business correspondence in Russian and English.
· Oral and written competency. Russian language C2 — Mastery.
· English – at least B2 (upper intermediate) level. Work experience in an English-speaking environment.
· Other foreign languages would be a plus.
· MS Office and MS Outlook advanced user.
· Excellent presentation skills in MS PowerPoint.
