В Kaspersky Lab требуется International Accounting Group Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure control of accounting in the areas of debtors, creditors, fixed assets, bank and ICO transactions, as well as be responsible for the correctness and completeness of entries in the accounting books of European legal entities
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date instructions and maps of business processes for maintaining accounting records for a group of European legal entities
- Manage a team of accountants, effectively distribute roles and tasks among team members, and be responsible for the results of the team's work
- Ensure completion of month-end (year-end) closing procedures and timely submission of reports in accordance with the closing calendar and schedule of the department
- Be responsible for development and execution of KPIs and SLAs of the team
- Develop and implement internal control procedure
- Be a key contact point for internal and external customers
- Ensure resolving complex tasks and historical queries
- Ensure the preparation of the necessary reports at the request of the head
- Participate in company’s projects, initiate ones to automate and optimize work routine for the team
Required experience & skills:
- Higher education in finance
- Knowledge of both Russian accounting standard and IFRS
- Knowledge of ERP accounting system, MS Office
- Fluent English
- Confidence in communication, presentation and conflict solving skills
- Strong personality and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work quickly and to prioritize tasks
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Highly organized and result oriented
