В международную IT-компанию Netcracker Technology требуется Internal professional Communities manager

 

Netcracker — международная компания-разработчик программного обеспечения для провайдеров услуг связи по всему миру. Компания создаёт десятки инновационных продуктов и является мировым лидером в области решений BSS/OSS, готовых к использованию в облачной среде.

 

Ищут активного, творческого, инициативного и коммуникабельного сотрудника в команду международной ит компании. Требуется продолжить и усилить работу по развитию внутренних профессиональных комьюнити с целью улучшения обмена опытом и знаниями между командами разных стран и проектов.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the existing communities and centers of excellences and just strong and enthusiastic teams via the communication with heads of business practices, heads of departments and key experts there
  • Promote new & existing communities among the target audience (Netcracker employees only)
  • Manage the integrated landing page, the events schedule for all the communities
  • Manage the landing pages and framework for each existing and starting communities: the meetup schedule, the expectations & proposal for future meetups and brainstorms, the passed meetup materials, chats for quick communication and expert assistance, training and informational
  • Identify not answered questions in chats and discover the experts who may help
  • Monitor the communities activity, stimulate it when required (quizzes, announcements, hackatons, awarding, schedule the series of meetups etc)
  • Coordinate the webinars, meetups including invitations, dry runs, the speakers preparation and even training, the event moderating and post event processing (feedback collection, video processing & publishing)
  • Manage the coverage of the “skills points” within the active communities, discover the potential core teams for the required skills points (topics)
  • Assure transparency of the communities efficiency for the top management team
  • Coordinate the centralized hall of fame for knowledge sharing activities (communities core team, the events speakers and active contributors, authors of popular video, onboarding & reskilling mentors), work with local authorities (HR, Regional Director) to assure local awarding and reuse it as a promo-input for global needs
  • Identify the external training events & materials useful for the community, assure the purchase including all required approvals

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Education (Technical as a plus)
  • Experience in corporate knowledge management organization, coordination of professional communities, summits delivery
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills and fluency in English are an absolute must.
  • Experience in work in distributed, multinational teams
  • Telecom domain basics, IT/SE skills outlook as a plus
  • Quick leaner, stress tolerance, multitasking, self-sufficiency, proactivity
