Job responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute internal audit engagements
- Perform the overview and analysis of processes, risks and opportunities through research and interviews with subject matter expert employees
- Design and perform data analytics and other procedures to meet engagement objectives
- Develop recommendations for improvements to controls and business processes
- Opening opportunities for the business through analysis of current processes and providing rationalizing proposals
- Maintain internal expertise and knowledge database to provide advices for internal clients
- Communicate recommendations to all required levels of management through presentations and written internal audit reports (in English)
- Follow up of management action plans agreed with functional owners
- Document work performed to support conclusions and recommendations
Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Engineering is desirable
- Advanced spoken and written English is a must (audit reports are written in English)
- SAP experienced user (knows how to download and tune major reports, knowledge of & FI, MM modules)
- FMCG Business Processes Knowledge
- Fast learning (able to quickly understand and analyze new processes in new areas)
- Advanced Power Point, Word, and Excel skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to personal development
- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, stress, multitasking
- Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently
- Motivated to improve processes and able to implement changes
- Strong technical, analytical, and decision making skills; ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize information
- Professional assertiveness and strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of management; ability to convince and negotiate
- Good presentation and written communication skills
- Domestic travel might be required to audit locations
