About the team:
Miro’s Brand Team is responsible for delivering remarkable experiences that communicate brand to the world. Together with talented team, you’ll work on end-to-end brand experiences across every type of project and business requirement. Team is responsible for creating significant brand encounters at every step of the customer journey with the power to create, deepen and scale future brand interactions. Each role at Miro is based at one of physical hubs and company looks for talent that want to be part of these local, collaborative communities. Mironeers work in a hybrid model, with a 3 days a week in office culture as baseline.

 

About the role:
As Miro’s IMC Lead you will help develop strategies, oversee processes and implement IMC campaigns for Miro worldwide. You will work in an integrated fashion across teams to provide a perspective that informs and provokes the creation, evaluation, and delivery of effective solutions to generate real business value, lasting brand love, and meaningful relationships for the people we touch.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Translate customer and user insights and touchpoints expertise into concrete communication, brand activation strategies, and plans
  • Develop the IMC strategy and plan (brief objectives, creative assets, comms ideas, messaging, activation calendar, etc)
  • Identify assets needed for each initiative and brief relevant internal/external team(s) in a timely manner for on-time delivery and launch
  • Create goals and performance metrics for marketing initiatives; monitor regularly to understand the effectiveness of the strategy and creativity, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide ongoing recommendations on how to adjust the media and creative for performance shifts, market shifts, and budget changes
  • Proactively pitch innovative ideas, new partners, new channels, and test and learn opportunities
  • Own the calendar of brand initiatives

 

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years leading integrated marketing campaigns with an ability to understand customers, key segments, and differentiated positioning to craft unique campaigns that drive business success
  • Proven ability to serve as a cross-functional leader driving integrated marketing campaigns with robust communications plans in close partnership with creative, media, and agency/in-house teams
  • Understanding of universal marketing principles and customer engagement tactics
  • ​Experience in Audience Insights, Strategy, and Consumer Journey Design
  • Ability to capture audience insights and provide strategic direction towards commercially effective plans
  • Analytical skills as well as working with quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps
